Global Inclusion Consulting

Executive-level impact without the full-time overhead.

Organizations that outperform their peers don't treat inclusion as a compliance checkbox. They embed it into leadership decisions, talent recruitment and development, and business development — and they measure progress against benchmarks.

We work with organizations operating across borders and time zones — where inclusion strategy must account for different labor environments, cultural contexts, and regulatory frameworks without losing coherence or accountability.

In collaboration with leadership teams, we design research-based inclusion initiatives that center equity and transform your culture. Then we implement evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that turn promising projects into measurable progress. Our approach is practical, customized, legally informed, and agile.

Our services are tuned to executive priorities.

  • Advise C-suite and board-level leadership on inclusion strategy

  • Shape policy, practice, and organizational culture

  • Navigate legal and regulatory dimensions of workforce equity on a global basis

  • Build sustainable talent pipelines inclusive of all applicants

We understand your industry.

Every industry has its own inclusion fault lines. Here's where we focus.

Law Firms

Talent pipeline gaps, associate retention and advancement, and client expectations around inclusion are reshaping how firms compete. We help you address all of it, strategically and tactically.

Research Firms, Foundations & Think Tanks

Funders, partners, and your talent pool expect to see equity embedded in your methodology and your leadership pipeline. We help you get there and document it along the way so you can communicate your progress to investors, staff, and partners.

Consulting & Professional Services

When inclusion isn't aligned with how you hire, develop, and promote talent, you have high attrition. We close that gap between stated values and lived culture, so that you can attract and retain top talent.

Multinational Corporations & Global Enterprises

Inclusion work across geographically distributed workforces requires more than translating a domestic strategy. We help global organizations build inclusion frameworks that are locally responsive and globally consistent — navigating different legal environments, cultural norms, and workforce expectations without sacrificing accountability or measurable outcomes.

A large majority of employees and leaders feel positively about companies that are committed to inclusion efforts, and demonstrate this feeling through individual actions in the marketplace and workforce.

Our Services

The Harvard Law School Women's Alliance was founded to put more women in positions of power — and under Sharon’s leadership, it built the infrastructure to get there: community, networks, and continuing education. Today, 53 chapters across 45 regions serve more than 14,000 members. The leadership gap remains wide. But alumnae are reaching the top echelons of their professions in growing numbers.
