Real legacy is measured in people.

Mission

We design workforce and inclusion strategies that create measurable impact and opportunity — for individuals, organizations, and the regions they call home.

Vision

A future where talent, ambition, and work ethic determine who leads, who prospers, and who succeeds — regardless of where they started.

What We Do

Inclusion and economic development aren't parallel tracks. They're the same track. The organizations and regions that outperform their peers have figured out that equity isn't a constraint on growth — it's the driver for growth.

But systems don't change on their own. Organizations don't transform without leaders who are equipped and committed to driving change. And leaders don't develop in a vacuum — they need strategy, support, change agents, and someone willing to tell them the truth.

We built our practice on that conviction. And we work at every level it requires: the individual leader, the team, the organization, and the region.

How We Succeed

We bring the rigor of trained litigators, the strategic fluency of Fortune 500 advisors, and the operational experience of practitioners who have built and implemented programs from the ground up — and measured their impact.

That means we don't design strategies we can't implement, recommend programs we haven't stress-tested, or declare success before the data supports it. We work alongside leadership teams and build coalitions that are sustainable. We coach the leaders driving change and prepare the next generation to take the baton. And we design for scale from the start — because a program that can't grow can't change a system.

Where We Focus

Global Inclusion Consulting

Embedding equity into leadership, culture, and business strategy.

Workforce & Economic Development

Building the talent pipelines and ecosystems that drive regional economic mobility.

Leadership ADVISORY

Developing the leaders that organizational and systemic change requires.

CORE PRINCIPLES

Equity is the strategy. We embed inclusion into the DNA of every program, pipeline, and partnership — not as a compliance requirement but as the design principle that makes outcomes sustainable.

The proof is in the data. Using research-based strategies, we develop evaluation frameworks before programs launch, collect data at every stage, and report results with the same rigor we'd apply to any legal or business argument. Good intentions don't persuade funders, employers, or employees. Evidence does.

Leaders are the lever. Strategy without leadership development stalls at implementation. We invest in the people responsible for driving change — because durable organizational transformation and the leaders who carry it forward are inseparable.

Economic mobility means more than a paycheck. Job placement is a floor, not a ceiling. We design programs with wealth-building embedded — through ownership stakes, asset-building vehicles, and pathways that create lasting financial participation for populations historically excluded from it.

Systems change requires collaboration. No single organization closes a workforce gap or transforms a regional economy. We build cross-sector partnerships — across employers, educators, government, philanthropy, and community — that make systemic change efficient, possible and sustainable.
